After registration we will inform you occasionally about new products and all sorts of things from the Bundihof.
We pack all orders carefully and strive to deliver flawless goods to you. Nevertheless, damage sometimes occurs during transport. But don’t worry: If we or our partner companies are responsible for the delivery damage, we will of course help you further.
If you do not recognize the damage until after delivery, you can report it to us within five days of receiving the order. In this case please contact our postal department at shop@md-artisan.swiss.
If you recognize the damage on delivery, you must reject the shipment directly. If you complain about the delivery damage to the transport company, refuse acceptance and report the case to us afterwards via shop@md-artisan.swiss as well.
