How do I deal with delivery damage?

We pack all orders care­ful­ly and strive to deliv­er flaw­less goods to you. Nev­er­the­less, dam­age some­times occurs dur­ing trans­port. But don’t wor­ry: If we or our part­ner com­pa­nies are respon­si­ble for the deliv­ery dam­age, we will of course help you further.

If you do not rec­og­nize the dam­age until after deliv­ery, you can report it to us with­in five days of receiv­ing the order. In this case please con­tact our postal depart­ment at

If you rec­og­nize the dam­age on deliv­ery, you must reject the ship­ment direct­ly. If you com­plain about the deliv­ery dam­age to the trans­port com­pa­ny, refuse accep­tance and report the case to us after­wards via as well.

Please send us the fol­low­ing infor­ma­tion and doc­u­ments in both cas­es as far as possible:

  • Ship­ment and order num­ber of your order
  • descrip­tion of the damage
  • Pho­tos of the dam­age and the packaging

After receiv­ing your mes­sage we will inform you about the next steps.
