Cancellation of the order
- Cancellation is only possible before delivery.
- Cancellation is also possible after the delivery, but only after previous mail contact with me.
- A return is only possible if the product shows no signs of use.
- goods that are not made to measure can be exchanged. The exchange of custom-made products is not possible, but you have the right to have any defects corrected.
- It is not possible to return the goods.
- I accept a return of the goods within … days without giving reasons. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase amount will be refunded minus the expenses incurred for shipping.
- There is no right of return for cut-to-size yard ware.
- Returned products must not show any traces of use.
- You as buyer are obliged to check the goods after receipt and to report defects within 5 days in writing.
- It is important to me that they are happy with my products! If you are not satisfied, you can send the goods back to me within 10 days without giving reasons. The purchase amount, less shipping costs, will then be refunded to you.
- Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims of my choice (return, reduction, replacement).
- The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchange or removal of the defects, takes over you as a buyer.
- Exchange/return possible only in case of defects, wrong delivery or defective goods.
