Welcome

  • Hel­lo! Thank you for vis­it­ing my shop and sup­port­ing my business!

Price

  • The prices in the shop are in CHF. Not includ­ed in the price are the costs for pack­ag­ing and ship­ping. They are men­tioned in the prod­uct and vary depend­ing on the size and pack­ag­ing cost of the product.

Payment

  • I pre­fer Pay­Pal, but it is also pos­si­ble to pay via bank transfer.
  • At the moment you can only pay in my shop via PayPal.
  • Please pay in advance to the indi­cat­ed account with­in 7 days 

Shipment

  • The ship­ping is usu­al­ly on the next work­ing day after receipt of payment.
  • As soon as the mon­ey is on my Pay­Pal account (or bank account), I will send the goods via mail (B‑Post).
  • 3–5 busi­ness days after receipt of payment
  • If the goods are sent unin­sured by post, the risk of loss by post lies with the buyer.
  • Your goods will be shipped by Swiss Post. Unless oth­er­wise agreed, the goods will be sent by B‑Post (Switzer­land: par­cel up to 2 kg A‑Post CHF 9.00, B‑Post CHF 7.00) For deliv­er­ies abroad, postage depends on the coun­try in question.

Cancellation of the order 

  • Can­cel­la­tion is only pos­si­ble before delivery.
  • Can­cel­la­tion is also pos­si­ble after the deliv­ery, but only after pre­vi­ous mail con­tact with me.

Return

  • A return is only pos­si­ble if the prod­uct shows no signs of use.
  • goods that are not made to mea­sure can be exchanged. The exchange of cus­tom-made prod­ucts is not pos­si­ble, but you have the right to have any defects corrected.
  • It is not pos­si­ble to return the goods.
  • I accept a return of the goods with­in … days with­out giv­ing rea­sons. The item must be unused and in per­fect con­di­tion. The pur­chase amount will be refund­ed minus the expens­es incurred for shipping.
  • There is no right of return for cut-to-size yard ware.
  • Returned prod­ucts must not show any traces of use.

Defects/exchange

  • You as buy­er are oblig­ed to check the goods after receipt and to report defects with­in 5 days in writing.
  • It is impor­tant to me that they are hap­py with my prod­ucts! 
If you are not sat­is­fied, you can send the goods back to me with­in 10 days with­out giv­ing rea­sons. 
The pur­chase amount, less ship­ping costs, will then be refund­ed to you.
  • Com­plaints must be made with­in 14 days of receipt of the ship­ment. In the case of jus­ti­fied com­plaints, the cus­tomer is enti­tled to one of the statu­to­ry war­ran­ty claims of my choice (return, reduc­tion, replacement).
  • The postage for a pos­si­ble return, for the pur­pose of exchange or removal of the defects, takes over you as a buyer.
  • Exchange/return pos­si­ble only in case of defects, wrong deliv­ery or defec­tive goods.
