Redeem Vouch­er

You can redeem coupon codes direct­ly in the online shop:

  • Let the desired item(s) into the shop­ping cart.
  • Go to check­out now.
  • Click in sec­tion “Pay­ment” on “Edit”.
  • Now you can enter and add your coupon codes.

Notes:

  • You can also use sev­er­al coupon codes for one order.
  • If the val­ue of your vouch­er is high­er than the total amount of your order, then the remain­ing amount of your vouch­er*.
    *Please con­tact our shop in this case, so that we can issue you a new vouch­er for the remain­ing amount.
  • When you place your first order in the online shop, you will not see the “Pay­ment” sec­tion until you have select­ed the type of deliv­ery and filled in your address.
  • Some pro­mo­tion vouch­ers and pro­mo­tion codes can­not be cumulated.
Deliv­ery

Delivery  to all of Switzerland

All prod­ucts and orders are shipped to address­es in Switzer­land and Liecht­en­stein. All prod­ucts from our own ware­house are shipped by Swiss Post. Oth­er ser­vice providers may also be used for direct deliv­er­ies from sup­pli­ers or deal­er partners.

Transport damage

Please check the pack­age care­ful­ly upon receipt and report any dam­age immediately.

collection

The orders can also be picked up in Bun­di Hof / Meilen. For orders that have already been paid for, we require a valid iden­ti­ty card for secu­ri­ty reasons. 

Pay­ment options

Bar

You can of course pay cash when you pick up the prod­ucts. Please note that we can only accept Swiss Francs.

Credit card

You pay for the goods with your cred­it card (via Stripe.com). Note: The cred­it card will be charged even if the goods are not avail­able at the time of order­ing. In case of can­cel­la­tion, we will charge the amount back to your cred­it card or cred­it the amount to your cus­tomer account. 

PayPal

You pay for the goods with your Pay­Pal account. The fee is 2.00% of the total amount.
This pay­ment method is only avail­able in our online shop.

Invoice

You pay the goods after suc­cess­ful cred­it check by invoice. The invoice will be sent by e‑mail. You can also access the invoice via your cus­tomer account. In the event of insol­ven­cy, fur­ther fees may be charged by a col­lec­tion company.

Prepayment

You pay for the goods with the account infor­ma­tion we send you by email. The goods will be reserved imme­di­ate­ly after receipt of your order. The pro­duc­tion and ship­ping takes place after receipt of payment.

  • The prod­uct is as good as new and in orig­i­nal packaging 
  • The prod­uct is not defective
  • You have ordered or received the wrong item
  • Return accord­ing to Return poli­cies

Warranties: Article defective

When can I claim warranty?

  • Defect upon receipt
  • Prod­uct defects
  • Dam­ages caused by improp­er oper­a­tion are not cov­ered by the war­ran­ty. The costs for the pro­cess­ing of abu­sive war­ran­ty returns will be charged.

Report delivery damage: Items were damaged during transport

If you have received a dam­aged par­cel, this must be report­ed via the dam­age process of the respon­si­ble logis­tics provider.
